CONTRACT TERM:
4 Payment Plan, $99 each month for 4 months.
The selected term shall hereafter be referred to as the “Term”. The selected total and monthly amount shall hereafter be referred to as the “Total Amount” and “Monthly Amount”, respectively. Write Brilliant LLC (hereinafter “Write Brilliant”), under this contract agreement (the “Agreement”), offers clients the opportunity to purchase the Write Brilliant Academy in 4 payments rather than one, with their credit or debit card drafted monthly at the discounted rate set forth above for the selected Term of this Agreement. This agreement allows the client to access Write Brilliant Academy during the Term. Write Brilliant accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards as the form of payment for auto-pay contracts. Over the course of the Term, the client will be charged the applicable Monthly Amount specified above every thirty (30) days from the date that the sale commences.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS: I agree to allow Write Brilliant LLC to charge my credit or debit card for the Term selected above. In consideration of such right granted by Write Brilliant, the undersigned client does hereby promise and agree to pay Write Brilliant the Total Amount for the package selected above by means of consecutive monthly installments in the Monthly Amount selected above. I hereby authorize Write Brilliant to charge the credit card/debit card account set forth below each month in order to pay these installments.
CREDIT/DEBIT RETURN CHARGES: I acknowledge and agree that a fee of $10.00 will be charged for any credit card/debit card charge not honored by the bank for any reason when processing my credit card/debit card charge. I agree to notify Write Brilliant no less than thirty (30) days in advance of my next bill date in the event that there are changes to the credit card/debit card account information associated with this Agreement.
NO TRANSFER OR CANCELLATION: I acknowledge that this Agreement is non-transferable and non-refundable. I also acknowledge that, except within the 14-Day Start Smart Money Back Guarantee time period, this Agreement may not be cancelled for any reason.
NON-PAYMENT: In the event that Write Brilliant must resort to retaining any attorney or collection agency to enforce payment under this Agreement, I agree to pay any and all resulting charges incurred by Write Brilliant, including but not limited to court costs and attorney’s fees.
